About Todd
About Me Todd Danni grew up in Williamsville, NY and earned his Bachelors of Applied Science in Criminal justice from SUNY Buffalo. While in school, Todd staring working for a specialty retail company where he managed a high volume, high end sales force. In 1999, at the age of 24, Todd bought his first house. After updating his fixer upper he realized the potential gain in sweat equity. That realized gain inspired him to buy more investment properties in western NY. After creating a small portfolio, Todd decided to spin off a property management company in 2001 intended to manage his own portfolio. After much success and word of mouth Todd’s company started to manage other people’s investments. Soon he realized he had a knack for finding good investment properties. Using his solid background in sales, marketing and negotiating he decided to become a licensed realtor. Todd has found by teaming up with Coldwell Banker; the nations largest real estate brokerage company that his skills would best be utilized, in dealings with investors from all around the world. Todd’s education is always on going taking advantage of any and all circumstances to learn. Todd is a Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) and a Certified “TIC” Specialist (CTS). As a graduate of Dale Carnegie public speaking and Friedman management training his tools is forever growing. Todd Danni is greatly involved in the community. He volunteers at the SPCA, is a member of the Erie County Preservation Coalition, Supporter of Sheas’ Performing Arts Theater and prides himself on being involved with his community. Todd Danni traveled extensively visiting; Denmark, Monaco, Italy, Russia, Finland, Lithuania, Canada, and France. In his spare time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, volleyball and tennis. Todd is truly a dynamic individual with an upfront honest approach to life and business.
